I think that a criminal born outside USA should get exactly the same penalty as any other criminal native from USA.

They shouldn't!!! They were found guilty and need to face the consequences. And if that 14 year old one is illegal after his 40 years he needs to be deported.

They shouldn't! They should go to prison in America,and get deported after their sentence is over. That's the way it's suppose to be. It's sickning!
