1) the dog will be called a bullsu - or shitdog...
2) no the ambulance will stay, the driver deal with police and a new ambulance will come pick up where the last one left off.
3) no one cares about Jimmy, but the whole situation of no one caring is worth making a song about.
4) needles are sterilized from the factory, they do not reused the needles - unless you are on drugs and have no money to buy a new needles.
5) there is a lime green - it's an actualy colour - guess they just shorten it to 'lime"
on another note: I just read the ambulance guy answer - the ambulance does stop to pick up the guy they runover.
