Remove the hose from the front of the machine and check the vacuum at the hose opening. If you have goo suction there, then reinstall the hose alone, without the wands attached and check the vacuum at the end of the hose. If there's vac. there, then start installing attachments till you find which one is plugged, then unplug it. If it turns out to be the hose, plug it into the exhaust opening in the back of the machine and put the handle end into the vacuum/front end of the machine. Sometimes the action of the air pushing from the back and the vacuum pulling from the front is enough to dislodge the plug. If that doesn't work, then you'll have to take it to a repair shop where they can disassemble the handle and have a straight thru shot to push the plug out with a broom stick. Those are about the only reasons you wouldn't have suction on this machine.
