If your eyes are light blue, blue eye contacts (but the sheer ones not the opaque ones) will make your eyes extremely blue. Also, I know this is weird, but if you take an eyeliner and color in your eyebrows a soft black color it will make your eyes look super blue. Also, being tan makes your eyes look really blue and dark black hair would make your eyes super blue! :)

Try Visine to get the red out of your eyes, wear blue, and try contact lenses. You can also go to the hairdresser and ask about highlights near your eyes that will play up their color. Also, a makeup artist will show you eyeliners you can wear to play up their color. Sometimes it just means rimming the lower lids with white to make your eyes seem more blue.

Besides contacts there's an actual surgery that you can do to change your eye pupil color. But naturally there is nothing else you can do. Also, you can use make up that would bring out your blue eye color.

Blue contact lens seem the best idea either that or theres eye drops you an get that can make the rest of your whiter if they get bloodshot etc that would make your eyes appear bluer. Hope this helps :)

Have surgery or get blue contact lenses but they kind of came in and went out of fashion within a week.... Your eye colour is determined by your genes before you are even born so I don't think changing your eye colour is very easy....

wear rich blue clothes. don't wear colors that mute yourself out - muting your skin tone and eye color. you can also get color contacts to give yourself a different blue. don't wear gray or dull colors yellows and oranges. sometimes a good eyeliner can make eyes color pop!

if your wear makeup, certain (eyeshadow) colors can really bring out the blue in eyes... purple, (dark) brown, reddish colors..
