Listen to this:
Reptoids
It is possible, given the time span that life has existed on earth, that other terrestrial intelligent technological species have evolved. If this had occurred one of the most probable candidate species would be a form of theropod. The reasoning for this includes:
1. This order of animal is thought to have existed in some form on the earth for the last 240 million years
2. Most theropods were either omnivorous or carnivorous and their current living descendants (birds) still follow this pattern. The forces of evolution tend towards intelligence in predatory animals. It has been speculated that this is due to fact that to survive as a predator the animal must be able to "outsmart" it's prey. If the observed reptoids UFO occupants are in fact descendants of theropods, then several key objection listed above (specifically 2 and 3) are immediately resolved. these include:
1. They would naturally be from a local star system since there point of origin is the earth.
2. They would know of earth's existence, location and importance to their history.
3. They would be biologically compatible with terrestrial DNA.
4. They would by definition have the technology required to travel the interstellar distances involved.
5. There physiological makeup and appearance would be consistent with observations.
6. There would probably be a sufficient psychological drive to make the effort to maintain contact with the home-world.
This would mean that this particular species must have an unbroken civilized history of at least 65 million years if one assumes that this species origin predates the cretaceous extinctions. One can only speculate as to the technological developments that an intelligent species could develop in this time span, however, there technology would be limited by both physiological limitations (brain capacity and reasoning ability) and the limitation of nature itself.
Grays
From the description of the observed behavior and appearance of the species commonly called the "grays" it is probable that this species is a subservient race in the service of some master (the reptoids?). It is also likely that this race was specifically bred to perform specific tasks with the culture. In this fashion the grays may well be biologically engineered robots "biots". Following this reasoning, it would be desirable to build into these biots specific limitations in both mental and physical capacities which would limit any autonomous capabilities, thus minimizing the possibility of "revolts". One such limitation would likely be autonomous reproduction. If reproduction were dependent on the master species, the grays very existence would inherently controlled by these masters. Another likely area to exert control is to limit the biot ability to obtain sustenance. If key nutrients were only available at specifically designed feeding stations the biots servitude is further assured. To accomplish this goal, it is likely that such biots would not have a functional digestive system. Nourishment would be directly administered in manner that would be both efficient and difficult to replicate.
Humans
Human UFO occupants have been observed both in conjunction with the grays as well as apparently operating autonomously. The humans that appear to operate independently have been described by both Adamski and Meier. It is notable that in each of these cases, deception appears to be a key factor. It may well be that this class of cases can be dismissed as pure hoaxes, yet, it is also possible that these human occupants need to keep their actual location and motives hidden. This certainly would be the case if this group was a faction of humanity that has divested itself from servitude from within a controlling society. This reasoning leads directly to the humans seen in conjunction with the grays. The behavior of these humans has been described as being a cooperative arrangement. It is highly likely that some humans from this planet have been utilized in some capacity by that culture.

It is possible, and certainly human DNA has some oddities to it that are rather surprising. For example, most creatures on earth that have had their DNA analyzed seem to have a fairly uniform dispersion of protein coding sections and repetitious non-coding sections. In humans, however, the non-coding repetition is significantly higher (human DNA is at least 50% repetition and around 7% coding, while worm DNA is only about 7% repetition). The islands of coding DNA are also not evenly distributed, but often clustered and separated by vast oceans of "junk." It is due to micro RNA (mRNA) that the comparatively simple human genome can do so much.
However, while odd, none of the human genome is vastly different than anything else on earth, certainly not to a point that is unexplainable through basic evolution. Given that evolution nicely explains the existence of human life, why should we assume an alien influence without evidence? Indeed, it is probable that alien life wouldn't even take sentience very often (after all, evolution isn't a progression towards any single goal, such as intelligence. There is no more reason for aliens to be intelligent than there is for them to have wings, a prehensile tail, or any other advantageous evolutionary trait). If alien life did take intelligence, there is no reason to assume that they'd be advanced enough to cross the void between stars. Even if they could, there is little reason for them to take note of earth (after all, it isn't like humans are all that concerned with apes and dolphins, despite their comparatively similar intelligence).

Anything is possible. You can say anything is possible. It's possible pigs could fly. However, when considering if something is possible you also have to consider if something is probable. Considering there is neither evidence nor reason that humans are in any way genetically engineered by aliens then, although it's possible, you must admit the probability of such a thing being the case is nearly 0.

Minds open up with time and enlightenment. Mathematically, we are all the center of the universe, including aliens, if there are any. The universe is infinite, so every point within it is the same distance from its perimeter, which is infinity. There are moral questions to ponder regarding genetic engineering.

It may very well be possible to take practically any genetic material, enhance and manipulate it's structure into a bipedal humanoid type form. Especially, if we all originated from a certain type of organism. Keep in mind that these extraterrestrials probably were and still are advanced enough to use any life form they desired as a host for themselves. They may have even sent probes to different evolving planets to do this automatically. Such as with a "controlled" panspermia. Things sure are looking up.

The evidence was lost with the burning of the library of Alexandria.
One generation following this act, mankind pretty much had to start anew having the alien technology and history erased from the planet and turned into oral myth by the reptilians act of stopping the increase in human intelligence to the point of de evolution.
Once the few minds that knew the information died, it removed almost all information and technology above the wheel and wind power.
You can see what it did to our minds today. It created a doubt, put there by the reptilians to dismiss all possibilitiy of aliens and believe anything told to us as long as it is from authority, government and religion put in place by reptilians.
What we call faith, is reptilian inplanted misinformation.

Yes and with the same probability-to have become object of this genetic engineering later /after being created by initial creators in the scheme of Darvin evolution combined with intelect implants /- there are theories that our civilisation is observed by two upper level civilisations in Galaxy ierarchy.

It's possible. There is absolutely no evidence for it, however. So it goes in the same basket as bigfoot and theology.
"2001: A Space Odyssey" addresses this 'what if?' situation.

I doubt it. Even Marvin the Martian could have done the job more efficiently and more quickly and with less hassle.
How such an advanced alien race could have gone to such trouble, only to end up with such a shoddy product, is beyond belief.
