Which is the best place today within Metro Manila for a saturday night out?

I heard of a bar located in Ortigas ,featured one time in Studio 23 "US GIRLS" tv show..but I cant remember the name..so I'm thinking of going there but dont know what is the name of the bar and the exact location.

ive been out of the country for a long time now..there are a lot of great places to hang out in manila. libis, well, thats during my time, was a hit so is adriatico.
