This is a real cool question becuz i always know i cause my own problems, no one else.
And i can never figure out why.
But you should not destruct yourself because that end any chance of repair.

no , removing yourself would mean your destruction. what about modifying the equation,
if you change or remove the variables that are destroying you that would be better
