If your 10 minutes late u dont get paid for the first hour of work, and if ur 15 minutes late u dont get your first break. would u be later than 10 minutese or just go to work without socks. You have to wear sneakers.

If this is not a "regular habit," then you can find some appropriate socks to wear. Don't make this a habit because employers are "throwing away" employees like garbage these days. hmm if ur wearin trainers u can get away without wearing socks. but maybe a good idea to buy loads more socks. do what i do. buy a few pairs of socks evry couple of months, that way u got plenty

Make sure you know where your socks are at all times. They can probably be found hiding in the washing machine. Start the search a little earlier or go barefoot.

just a little note, they have to pay you by law, just because your 10 mins late, they cant not pay you for and entire hour. Call the board of labor!!
