Most of these "names" listed are just urban legends- LemonJello, OrangeJello and Shithead for example.
The worst name I saw that someone gave an actual child is Urhines Kendall Icy Eight Special K.

A teacher of mine once told me about some friends who called their daughter Shithead. (prononounced shith- aid). Not sure if he was serious.
I once went to school with a girl called Skye Bird.
It's not a bad name, but there was a guy who went to school with my brother had the name Bruce Willis. He was once in trouble with a teacher, who asked him his name. He said "Bruce Willis", and the teacher thought he was joking.

Camden, and it's various misspellings. It's a horrible cesspool of a city -- why would you name your child after the place with one of the worst crime rates in the US?
