That is fairly vague, I have heard it in several songs. The two that I can think of aren't even hip hop, they're r&b.
They are:
Aaliyah - Are You That Somebody (as everybody has said)
Ginuwine - Tell Me Do U Wanna
The similarities in these songs are that they are both produced by Timbaland. So look for some songs by him, lots of producers reuse samples.
