Only one. It's a picture of my cousin (a special needs child) and his best friend. That magnet is important to me, as picture taking is one of the hardest things going for this boy. He happens to be one of my greatest teachers. My life would not be the same if I hadn't met him.

Totally - well the alphabet serves as an important diversion for my toddlers and I have some that keep their precious artwork for everyone's viewing pleasure. Yeah - the kids love playing with the Pillsbury doughboy ones - they love it. Then, there are some that were gifts - one very special friend who gave one to me that talks of God walking with her as a friend and she has a great story - I'll never forget her even though I only knew her for a few weeks because of a temp job. Sister in law gave some special birthday gift ones to the kids - but those are too precious to get busted so I put them away so they don't get broken. Some come from my mom who I can't see because she lives so far away and we don't have $ and vacation time to see her. I always think of her when I see those - yeah - if they don't hold important value - I never put them on the fridge. I mean - there's one there for the furnace repair guy - who referred us to a great church - and saved us from freezing one winter and was so fair with the price. We can't forget his number - very important! I hate magnets - unless they do hold important value! The ones the realtors send me - if I've never met them - those I just pitch in the garbage - they are just trying to drum up business. It does get to a point of great irritation with me - because they seem to appear out of nowhere - once it gets to cluttery - I go through them and pitch the ones that are outdated photos or no longer having meaning to me.

The magnets themselves for the most part have some sentimental value, as they were gifts, so there are dog, cat, & horse magnets, as well as magnets from places my friends & family have vacationed at. They hold up an assortment of notes, reminders, and pizza coupons.

definitely. It reminds me of those countries/places I've visited during holidays and also given by peers who travelled as well. Each magnet holds different story and history. I'm a magnet lover and quite fanatic about it.
