Yes I have and still do.
Apart from beach parties, birthdays, Christmas etc the most common for me are wedding parties/receptions, I hate high heels they are uncomfortable and I love to dance in bare feet just as much as I like to do everything else barefoot.

Every party for the past ten years, since I literally never wear footwear anymore, plus every party held at my home for all my life (or at least sock-footed, I rarely wore shoes indoors even long before I became an outdoor barefooter, regardless of whether I had visitors or not).

each and every occasion for the previous ten years, via fact that I actually never placed on shoes anymore, plus each and every occasion held at my homestead for all my life (or a minimum of sock-footed, I hardly wore shoes indoors even long earlier I grew to alter into an outside barefooter, even with in spite of the fact that if I had travellers or no longer).

I end up at alot of beach parties. Went to a pub barefoot once, got chased by the bouncers all night, eventually got kicked out.
Here in NZ, if I had cut my foot by smashed glass on the floor and the manager didnt tell me to put my shoes on, I could sue him, easy.

Very common in India.....specially those thrown on the occasion of marriages. You have shoe racks where the guests can keep their footwear before going into the house/room where the couple is getting married.

Beach parties and pool parties require bare feet in my opinion.
