In iTunes, what's the difference between using the Import option and the Add File to Library option?

Import ----> gets only the song off of your computer and brings it into iTunes

Add File ----> gets the whole music file (including the album artwork, etc.) and puts it into iTunes

import crashed by itunes... so now i use add file option. its not really an anwser but it may help
