String quartet chamber music puts me right out. Boring!!!

you can still breastfeed, even if you are preggo, and sporting a big bump. Have you tried laying in your bed with him, Both of you lay on your sides facing eachother, then bring him towards the boob? Actually, you can pretty much "attach" the baby to the boob in any position, as long as its comfortable for you both. If he's having a hard time, and doesn't want a bottle....just keep offering it to him (the bottle) everyday. He eventually will get the hang of it. Try different nipples. Some of the nipples/bottles out there are kinda lame, and babies don't like the feel. There's a bottle out there that resembles a boobie. Worth a try! also, he's nearing 1 yr old, so he should be eating baby food. you could try offering cows milk, as well. (after his first birthday). my daughter also only fell asleep to the boob. the night time feedings are usually the last (and hardest) to quit. hang in there, and just go with the flow! they are only babies once!

Relaxing and calm music puts me to sleep.
