Yes i have and do.
As a child i use to play with what i now know was a ghost. she was a girl my age named "Annie" and she - i did research in high school and college on our house and discovered all this - was killed where our house now stands. she was swinging on a vine and fell on a rock. She protected me from robbers once but i never saw her after. I was 12. I could still "feel" her though.
I have seen "ghost" randomly since. it is not a conscience thing it just sort of happens.
I never speak to them, they never speak to me, i am not jennifer love hugtits.

A Ghost is a Spirit which is a Soul the Etheric body that we use to Astral Travel so when we pass over that is what leaves the body. It is understood as a sort of life force body or aura that constitutes the "blueprint" of the physical body, and which sustains the physical body.
Some people don't pass over because of unfinished business
Or they just don't know they have died
Or they didn't know to go to the light
This is what people call a Ghost
I call Spirit some call Lost Souls
You also have a Spirit Guide which has been with you from the time you was born till the day you pass over : )
Do you also know that people that Astral Travel are seen as ghost, so maybe people are seeing ghost maybe are just living people just exploring via Astral travelling : )

That should be a good question. I would expect the loonies to come out of the woodwork on this one.. Where are they??? OK I am only kidding, some people see ghosts and they are not loonies. Some people have a special power that makes them more sensitive to the spirit world. I myself have talked to them but I have never seen one. It is easiest when my brain has been specially prepared, like when somebody hits me in the head with a baseball bat.. No really!!!

i have had many things happen that are ghost related,like strange happenings,but i havent encountered an actual visual of a ghost in person to aparation experience.

A week or two after my mother died, I saw her ghost.
I was asleep, and I suddenly woke up. A minute later, I saw her over the foot of my bed. Almost as soon as I saw her, she seemed to float up through the ceiling.
I guess that was her way of saying, "bye."

I saw my grandad stood in a doorway during his wake. I also feel them, sense them around.
My grandad is the only one I've seen with my naked eye's but I've seen them in my minds eye, when I've felt them near.
