Normally you say it as "How long" not "How big" when you use meters.

So maybe you should clarify if you really mean meters or cubic meters.

if it is rectangular in shape, one side is 20 m wide, and 4o m long. A 20 m liner dimension is equal roughly to almost 7 storey building. I hope you can imagine that!
