Some of us unfortunately, can turn on the waterworks at the smallest sob story.
Crying is my sympathetic response to those who are suffering, not necessarily only my own. Everybody cries a lot as a child. The older you get, the less you cry, perhaps because it is a tiring activity and you start worrying more about coping. As a young person, the world will still move around you while you lock yourself in your room feeling sorry for yourself and crying at the shrine you made of your silly boyfriend. But as you grow older, the meals still need to be made, the house cleaned, the kids picked up etc.
No time to cry. That is the luxury of the young.

I have lots of reasons I have cried...
When I miss someone,
when I feel scared, and want to do what is just and right but fight emotions...
When I am hurting over a loved one being ill...
When my hubby and I have an argument...
When my babies are going through a hard time on something...
When I watch the news and see something really sad...
This is life and it would be more horrible to not cry over the things we see in this life... To not cry would almost be numb to others pains...
My heart is fully functional and in tact, and highly connected to my brain where as I am in tune with my surroundings and that of others...
Make no mistake I am always wide open to feelings and emotions...
Even when it may seem as though I am not, I am...
The land of tears, is more the ocean of a united peoples tears.... We all weep weather we can openly admit to it Or Not....
I confess it , and wear my tears proudly.... Smudged mascara and all!

Another way to express myself without spoiling the feeling in my by not uttering a word.
I made it up from Osho's words. When you are feeling something, you can't talk. When you are talking, you are NOT feeling. So feeling and expressing could happen through tears.
How's that?
