I've lived in old houses all my life! The first one was a parsonage that dated from the 1600's or so, and then another rectory that was only slightly newer, and I think this place I'm in now was last remodelled at some point in the 19th century, but built hundreds of years earlier, so yes, I'm fairly sure that people have died here. As far as the parsonage, an old man died on the front steps there, at least one child died in one of the bedrooms, and there was a graveyard nearby too, of course, so who knows what was going on in there! I used to be afraid to use the toilet for fear something might reach out and grab my bum in that place!

Every house I've lived in and now too is haunted. In my parent's apartment wen I was 6 I woke up in the middle of the night by a cold wind and the window was cold. I look over at my parents bed then I saw a lady who was about 5"2 and fat,she started walking up to me and I go under my covers and then shes gone! In the house that i'm living in now,wen I first moved in I was in my sunroom and then my lamp just tips over and almost brakes!The next night I see a man's face and the motion light was on! My door in the sunroom always shut by itself even when the windows are closed. My little sisters were digging outside and find a long and heavy chain and a dog collar. I bet more hauntings are coming at me soon!

I don't know but there was some strange events in the house for a long time after we moved in leading me to believe there was some energy in the house.

True. I rented a haunted house where a murder took place. The spirit was good, I wasn't afraid, and after that, I believed in ghosts, I've just never seen another one.

I don't think so. I should say, I really hope not!!! I wouldn't knowingly buy a house where someone died. Bad karma to say the least.
