While you are thin for 15 it has nothing to do with the fact that you masterbate. As others have said already, masterbating is a completely natural thing, and has no negative side effects whatsoever. The "weakness" that you feel and that many people feel after having an orgasm is due to the release of endorphins by your body and their subsequent decline after their release. This is the same mechanism within your body that will cause some people to feel "tingly", to have their feet feel numb, or to become tired after orgasm. Coincidentally i'm an avid weight lifter and body builder so I will also address why you are skinny. When I was 15 years old I weighed 51kg. That is due entirely to one thing and that is that you do not eat enough food. Your metabolism is burning everything that you put in and thus you need to eat more. You may not seem hungry but thats only because you aren't used to eating as much as you need to in order to weigh more. When I was 18 (and 61kg) I figured this out, began eating everything I could see, and started lifting weights. Now i'm 26, and while I eat a little healthier than I used to I weigh 94kg. So remember that... Eat more than your body needs and you will gain weight. Just make sure you exercise or you will turn into a fatty. As far as how often it is healthy to masterbate... as often as you need as long as it doesn't cause sores. You may laugh at that but trust me... too much sex or too much masterbation can cause horrible irritation and damage to the skin. Make sure that you use a lubricant that doesn't have acid as an ingrediant (like most hand lotions do). Those will eat at the thin skin of the penis pretty quickly. Instead, if you get a chance, try getting a water based lubricant from an adult store somewhere. Don't feel embarassed either when you buy it. The folks there will just assume that you are getting it because you have a huge package and your lady friend asked you to do it. Best of luck. -J

hmm. . . maybe someone at Church told you that? If anything it takes muscle to do that, its like a little work out. Well if I were to do it it would be a major work out because mine is so ridiculously beastly.
Well ah, twice a day every day seems like a little much. Find some kind of hobby or distraction and limit yourself to once a day and see if you miss it.
or. . im just thinking out loud, but ah, find yourself a girl. Why would you masterbate if you can have the real thing.

It's completely normal first off. Touching yourself numerous times a day isn't making you skinny. You're skinny because you're 15. Anyone that tells you masterbation makes you weak is probably a relgious zealot. Touching yourself is a very healthy thing.

And two times a day is pretty normal.
Heck, i do it 3-5 times a day and im not weak after i do it.

i think that your getting into a bad habit and yea masterbating isn't a bad thing just that many times a day isnt realy healthy and you should try it al least 1-2 weekdays and on weekends 2-3... Hope i helped

it freshens you up, yet it can make you weak too.
the fact that you are skinny has nothing to do with you being weak after you masturbate.
im 15 also and i weigh 190 lbs. and i feel weak sometimes.
and you are the one who decides how often you should masturbate.
there isn't really a set number of how often you should or shouldn't pull your meat.
and i usually masturbate twice a day two and i'm just fine!

Masturbation will do nothing whatso ever to you that will harm you. At 15 I would think you do it 3-4 times a day.

its fine to do it at least once a day. but not like everytime u get a hard on. at age 15 its good to masturbate. between the ages of 13 -21 are when men are most liable to get prostate cancer. so right now any kind of sex is good for u. but if your having sex with a girl use protection.
