You probably are having, or did have, a miscarriage. Possibly some of the placenta is still there, causing the bleeding now. You need to see a doctor, right away. This could be very serious. Either go to ER now. or call your doctor first thing in the morning.

Good luck.

You need to be seen by a doctor. Could be an infection or a cyst. I've had four miscarriages and never spiked a fever with any of them. The only one I had pain even close to what you described occurred when I was 14 weeks along. The ones I had early on were more like a very heavy period.

if you had a temp of 103.2 you should have been driving faster to get to the er not to get the tampons and pain killers. you need to go to the dr tomorrow if it was a m/c you could have retained fetal tissue and that can cause an infection

see,
! chance of getting pregnant depends not only upon the frequency of sex but also upon many a factors, like synchronization with the time of your ovulation, sperm content of the semen (both quality and quantity), physiological factors during the intercourse, any infection etc etc.

It is the phenomenon of the nature to destroy the wrong. In medicine/obstetrics it happens like that, most of the abnormal fetuses get aborted early in gestation. It is the nature preventing diseased children being born!

I would suggest you to consult a doc.
