First finish the beer dont want to be waistfull!
Then get into the shower or put your face under warm, (not hot!!) running water.
Do not pull on the bottle! Let the ice melt slowly, and try not to be so haisty with the next one!

Pour warm water between your lips and the bottle or use a hair dryer so you can enjoy another beer.

Try placing your face over a burning fire, the heat should dislodge your lips rather quickly. Another remedy would be to pour a pot of boiling water over your head but that one will take longer and requires the assistance of others to be most effective.

after you finish the beer pour some warm water on your lip.
or just let it hang there as a reminder to not drink in the cold.
