I am stationed in Muscat and I do not have the means ( specially financial means ) to registered at a well known university because this could cost a money I cannot afford.I am looking for a cheap and internationally accredited university >Can you come up with other suggestions Please .Thank you

I'm not familiar with American University, London.
I am familiar with the University of South Africa and they have a fine international reputation. I understand that their PhD programs are very demanding and worthwhile.
