Add a lime green [ or lemon, or hot pink, or turquoise ]sweater or jacket, perhaps - or maybe just belt and shoes.
Then some gold or silver earrings and necklace or bracelets.
Black flats, or lime [ etc. ] athletic shoes.

For what? Are you talking accessories? Silver metallics would look good, and also black accessories, but make sure you don't look too washed out or matchy-matchy.

try white.
it's a universal color and will go with anything, but since you're talking about two dark colors, it'll pop more.

colors for what? eye-shadow? conceiler? or anything else?
i think silver or light pink will be fine (in general).
