Man, he's old. Maybe if he was in his prime, he might have been a back-up. The thing is, he didn't have an outside shot early in his career. That would have killed him in the NBA.

Besides being 37 now, he's only 5' 7", 165. Even the small NBA scorers past and present; Iverson, Archibald, Isiah and Lever to name a few, are actually at least 4 to 6 inches taller than that (seriously, look it up).
I'm sorry, this guy wouldn't be more than a decent bench player, if that, in the NBA and he wouldn't score very much.
If he had a killer outside shot, teams would make him drive and a 5' 7" guy in the lane in the NBA is dead meat.

no disrespect...but johnny A...not even in his prime...he may be one of the best point guard or its safe to say that he was one of the best player ever to play in the PBA but the NBA is another thing man...remember this...the international bench players in the NBA are the star players on their respective countries and fact remains that we hire imports and those imports...many of them did not play in the NBA, they came from commercial leagues...what I'm trying to say is that the NBA is the biggest stage for basketball...never underestimate it...
