I ate some guacamole that I made yesterday, a peach, a rib eye steak, and some brussel sprouts in butter sauce. I have been drinking a lot of pomegranate juice because of the naturally protective antioxidants. I think that we all need to try to start treating our bodies better than we do. We are living in a time that we can't afford to become ill so we have got to do better!

Dinner was Polish sausage, cabbage, potatoes, and carrots steamed together and served with fresh hot cornbread. For dessert-Pink Stuff. Cottage cheese, crushed pineapple, cool whip, and dry cherry jello mixed together. Many consider it a salad, but anything with a full container of cool whip mixed in is dessert for me.

breakfast---skim milk, berry yogurt, and a banana mixed together for a deliciousssss smoothie
lunch-honey nut cheerios with skim milk
dinner- spaghetti 'n meatballs, garlic bread, green beans
in between meals- a pomegranate, an apple, 3 baby carrots, a cinnamon graham cracker with peanut butter in the middle, 8 iso maki, one grape, and one lifesaver
