electric bill on a 1000 sq foot apartment?..?

I live in Tucson, AZ and I just moved into an apartment that's 1000 sq feet. All appliances are electric. How much is the electric bill going to be on average in the summer and in the winter?? Thanks for your help!

The a/c and heat are electric as well and it has a washer and dryer in the unit.

Also it's on the first floor if that makes a difference.

Call the utility company -- they can tell you what your adress has averaged and used each month from previous billing cycles. ( I do this before considering any property, so I know what to expect ) They can usually tell you right over the phone, what your address used last winter, or summer, or by month, and whether it was an actual reading, or estimated.
