Depends on what I'm cooking. If I want to fry something really well or blacken something then I use cast iron. If I want to saute something then I use teflon.

I like them both, but if I had to choose, I would opt for cast iron. If taken care of it will last forever and is just as non-stick as teflon. Cast iron is more durable.

Depends on what I am cooking.....most stuff I prefer the Cast Iron skillet, but if I am cooking eggs over easy...give me the Teflon.

Cast Iron. Teflon heats too quickly and causes my alarm to go off.
