It's win vs. losses. i.e. 4-0 Packers have won 4 games and lost zero. Oakland Raiders are 2-2 they have won 2 games and lost 2.

4-0 (1st numer stands for the wins 2nd for lost)
but it is supposed to be 4-0-0(if in any miracle case there was to be a tie which i hardly dopubt.)
