Fans of Rush - I have Moving Pictures, Grace Under Pressure, and Power Windows in my CD collection. Not familiar with the other CD's by Rush, except a couple from the 70's. In your opinion, if I buy 3 more Rush CD's, what ones should I add to my collection and why? They have such a huge catalog to choose from.....

A Farewell to Kings
Hemispheres

Trust me those are the three you want. I've been a Rush fan for more than 20 years. Those are my favorite three (well I also like Moving Pictures and Grace Under Pressure a lot). Every album they do is good but the ones before Grace Under Pressure and after 2112 are the best. 2112 is good but not as polished as the above ones.

Have you heard of Rush Radio? You can go to their website and listen to many of their songs for free while you are online. Check it out and decide for yourself.

I would recomend Hold Your Fire, 2112 and Farewell to Kings. Really you can't go wrong with Rush. My favorite is probably Grace Under Pressure.
Also interesting is Neil Peart's book Ghost Rider, which he wrote after losing his daughter and about a year later, his wife.

I'm not familiar with Rush's stuff in the 90s, but I HIGHLY recommend "Hold Your Fire" ('Force Ten' and 'Time Stand Still' are awesome!) and Signals ('Subdivisions' is classic...); and definitely recommend "Permanent Waves" ('The Spirit of Radio' is a must for any die-hard Rush fan...)

Um I'd say Fly By Night, 2112 and Signals. Altough it is from the eighties it's still a good album. Hope I helped. Huge Rush fan from Toronto.
