Get to a DR right away so that they can make sure everything is o.k. with your baby. Cramping during pregnancy can be normal and it can also mean there's something wrong going on in your body. Instead of guessing, get right to that Dr,please. The pain when you pee and the cramping could in fact be a Urinary Track Infection or a Bladder Infection or even a Kidney Infection, all of these are common while being pregnant. Nausea is of course something that we experience when we are pregnant and it's also a symptom of a Urinary Track Infection. As for the pain in your Stomach that could be a lot of things, same thing with the pain in your hips and thighs. Whatever it is, it doesn't sound very serious. You don't mention having a fever which is good and the fact that you recently had an Ultra Sound is also good. Sounds to me like an infection and I'm thinking a UTI might just be it. In the mean time drink LOTS of water, and get to the DR as soon as possible.

Did the Dr. say if the baby has started dropping yet? The last couple of weeks before my daughter had her first baby, she had fake labor pains, I think they were called Brankston Hicks contractions. You are very close to delivery, so you might want to call your Dr.'s number, he should have an answering service. Some insurance co.'s also have a number that you can call and talk to a nurse. If your water breaks you should get to the hospital as soon as possible. Your hips have to move to allow you to have the baby, so that is part of the pain you are feeling there. Being sick at your stomach can come along with those last few days before you deliver, I am sure the baby is real heavy on your bladder right now, that part is very normal. If the baby is moving around, that is a very good sign. If you start bleeding, you should definitely either call your Dr., the hospital, or go to the hospital.
I also know of a great site that you might want to check out, on children's safety, and their health, as well as your own.
Good luck to you, and hope things work out well!

ok, I worked OB/GYN for 2.5 years. It could be urinary tract infection, but it could be contractions. The very beginning of labor it sorta feels like menstral cramps. Even though your dr checked you yesterday doesn't mean anything. You can dilate overnight. Also go into labor overnight. Does the pain come and go? You can always call your dr or call the hospital that you are going to deliver at. In the meantime stay off of your feet and keep them elevated. Good luck. ;)

your baby may be moving into the birth canal, i know when both of my daughters turned and moved head down, it was rather uncomfortable... can i suggest a good website for you? webmd.com has a list of community boards and there is a 3rd trimester board, where all the women that post there are in their 3rd tri.. i used these boards my entire 2nd pregnancy and they were wonderful, because i was able to talk with several other women, and was able to find out if what was going on with me was "normal".... the one thing i learned when i was pregnant, is that you can never call your doctor too much, this is what you pay them for, they provide a service, if you have any questions or there is anything that you just feel isnt right, put in a call to your OBs office, and an on call doc should call you back fairly quickly!!

You might check your temperature -- with the painful urination there is a possibility of infection rapidly spreading.
Your symptoms are concerning enough to run it past the Dr or delivery room nurses.
For you to hang in there for atleast the next 2 weeks can be really important for your baby. So, if you need to do anything to keep him/her in, now is the time to call for medical advice.

You have a UTI/kidney infection more than likely. You need to go to ER and get this taken care of soon. Kidney problems can cause the pain in your bladder, cramping, and nausea plus an increase in your blood pressure.

this could be serious you should call your Dr immediately and go to your local emergency room do you have head ache ? or lights out of the corner of your eyes? do you have a temperature? even a low temp are you a high risk pregnancy? are you older? the abdominal pain is consistent with a potentially serious complication call your Dr and the call and speak with a nurse on the maternity floor

Your body is still not used to having a baby growing inside of you. It should go away eventually but untill then find something that makes you feel better like a hot bath or go to your doctor again.

It sounds like a UTI.. I had 2 of them with my 2nd child and I thought I was dying!!! I understand ... Once you go to the docs (which they with probably put you on a safe low dose antibiotic) You can fill your bath tub with warm water and sit in it to help soothe the cramps and drink lots of water and cranberry juice. also eat yogurt to settle tummy pain
