You need to understand. On the west coast, there is not nearly as much school spirit as on the east coast or places like
Michigan, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana etc. A lot of people in California are from someplace back east so their loyalties are quite often torn. USC is the strong exception. Even those of us that went to UCLA or some such other University have extremely strong feelings for USC. Its like an addiction. SC can do no wrong.

USC is still good, but they didnt deserve to be the #1 or #2 team. i believe that became apparent when they barely beat washington by 3 pts and looked lackluster against idaho and let nebraska come back late. USC will likely still be in the top 10 i think.

Ha ha ha. Does she really believe this?!?!
I vote Notre Dame gets demoted to 1-AA along with every team they beat this year (UCLA)

But, I agree with you whole heartedly about SC. They are so overrated, and are so not the best Southern California team. Take Stanford for example. They just beat the Trojans. Obviously, SC is not the best if they get beaten by a team not really known for its football. :)

Not a good day for fans of college football in southern california. USC loses to the worst of the Pac-10 and UCLA loses to just the worst team in football.
