NO! unless the red ear is bigger, but then it could harm the camen...dont do it dude:)

Yes, but don't.

1. Never mix animals from different continents. Parasites and disease that animals from one region can easily tolerate cause big problems for those from different regions.

2. Never mix animals that eat each other, even if they should be protected by size. It is too easy for one animal to loose a tail or leg by a curious tank-mate.

3. Never keep animals in poor conditions. Both of these get big for a home keeper. An adult Red-ear should be in a 150 gallon tank or, better yet, outdoor pond. A caiman needs far more space. If you cannot care for the adults, do not keep the young.

4. Don't mix habitats. Red-ears mostly come from places with cooler periods in the winter and varying daylengths. Caimans come from places with fewer seasons and less variation.

I wouldn't. I don't care how big the slider is or how small that caiman is - I think anything you put in with a caiman would end up being lunch somehow.
