While I'm sure you COULD go to wikipedia as the other posters suggested, the BETTER way is to actually READ the book and write your own, which I'm sure is the intended assignment.

Go to wikipedia.com and type in James and the Giant Peach. It's a good summary. But please read the book! It's a great book and Roald Dahl has created some of the best children's books ever.
