I have a friend who i really like he has a girlfriend but i will rub my leg up agents his but he has no reaction and sometimes he will tuch his hand or body agents mine. what are some subtle tests i can do on him to see if he is bi or is interested in me without just asking him. and if he is how should i ask him out or ask him for a french kiss etc??? please help!

There's never a sure way that doesn't involve risk. Subtly, it depends on how good your acting is. I assume that since this guy is a friend, he knows that you're gay; if you could bring up, "I wish I could find someone like you, but who swings my way," but casually while doing something else, it may be enlightening to see how he responds.
But ultimately it may be about what's more important to you: the possibility of romance with him, or the surety of your friendship with him. Is it worth the risk?
