My computer wont turn on. I think the cpu has a problem because yesterday it worked normally and last night when i tried to turn it on it did but it shut down on its own and wont turn on again. its like the monitor turned off on its own. at first i thought it was the monitor that has a problem but when i saw that the disk drive of the cpu wont open, there i thought that the cpu had a problem. what should i do? the reset and on and off buttons doesnt work too. please help

try looking in the back of it. if there is a small red switch try to switch it on or off( i always flip it on the computers at my school because it seems like its on stand by but they wont turn on unless you flip it again). if that doesnt work then it might just be over heated and shut off on its own

Someone might of send you a fatal shutdown virus. Or someone on that computer typed it in. Your computer might of came unplugged frmm the outlet.

no lights, no fans as well? suspect your power supply.
