Does this happen often? You should go to the doctor and have them take a look.
If this just started, you could be allergic to something. Have you changed brands of lipstick, or have you been eating something you don't usually eat? I will sometimes get a reaction to strong cheeses or tomato products, but only occasionally.
Until you get to the doctor, get a tube of Bonne Belle lip balm. It is soft and goes on easy, and will keep your lips moist.

why are they bleeding? if it is because they are peeling i would start using some good quality chap stick like blistex or carmex..... also burts bees makes great ones with peppermint that is very soothing to sore/chapped lips... if that doesn't work i would see your dr maybe it is a more serious problem

Drink more water...it'll moisten your lips. Otherwise apply something like Vaseline. ;) I tend to have dry lips as well...very annoying indeed! Oh, breathe through nose not mouth to avoid dry lips!

I assume it is chapped- get some healing ointment and keep your lips moisturized!
More information would be good...

Hopefully, yea. Go to your sink and wash your mouth, and put a cotton swab on it, then put some ice on it and then some vaseline. should do the trick =)
