I ask for an extra napkins and use one in my lap and one in my collar. I can not eat with out feeding "the girls", which ruins what ever I have on.

If it's a cloth napkin, it goes in my lap. The paper napkins always fall off my lap and onto the floor. I can't tell you how many times I've had to ask for another one... I've never put a napkin in my collar for any reason.

Don't leave it on the table, it goes on your lap as soon as the server finishes taking your orders.
