Pants on men, pants on women. Pants are much more comfortable and easier to move around in. Unless you have really gorgeous legs, they hide a multitude of sins. And you don't need to wear high heels or panty hose with them. They can be either casual or dressy. I probably own 100 pants outfits in all colors, materials and styles, and about a dozen skirts and dresses that I seldom wear.

I love a nice dress but if its freezing cold well pants & if boiling hot shorts but i do prefer dress to pants

Pants well the reason being even if you want to dress up or look causal you can look classy or still have the home girl look with out taking it too far. Although dresses can be used for multiple occasions you can't do much in the.

It really depends on the occasion, but Ill take pants over dresses any day because they are more comfortable.
