Yes, and it's awesome because it's supposed to be funny! He has a song called Wiseguy - too funny!

He put out an album in the late 60's/ early 70's called "Sure can Sing" and his name was "Little Joe." He had it on an old appearance promoting "Casino," I think, on David Letterman and they played part of a song.
