Why is chloromethane flammable but not dichloro-, trichloro- and tetrachloromethane?

Why is chloromethane flammable but not dichloro-, trichloro- and tetrachloromethane?

Is it due a to an increase in percentage of chlorine?
Please explain your answer.

In a way, yes. Chlorine binds to the carbon atom with much more force than oxygen making it more and more difficult for oxygen to form bonds as you add chlorine atoms.
