yes I do believe that it would because even before the esistance of mankind, time existed however, there was no one to measure it, to calculate it nor one one to set their sun dials. So, if today no one existed time would but all the batteries in the clocks would run down and eventually stop. Time would not stop, no one would be around to set it or to wind it back up again.

Humans' arbitrary notions of and measurement of time would cease to exist... BUT... The progression of events would not cease to occur...
