Have you ever read the book by Ayn Rand about the art of being selfish? It is not always a bad thing. Being aware of your own needs and working to fulfill them can be considered selfish but I think it is a good thing! I am self aware which is a selfish attitude but a good one! Bravo to you! Or should I say Brava?

We all have people in our lives (spouses,kids coworkers) that are very important to us,but we have to lookout for ourselves first. That way we can give our best to them.
