You don't need to buy it online. K-Mart sells it for sure and on their website, you can enter your zip code and it will pull up nearby store that sells their cosmetics.

No, because the eyelash curler alone is worth more than half that.
Maybe get all three eye kits, since they seem to combine shipping [ call and verify that first ]. You will get some great products and several useful tools - curler, lashes, and three brushes - if you don't have those things yet, it is a wonderful deal. Save the false lashes for a little older, though.
PS: I have never spent more than $15.00 on any single product, except a kit of some kind, ALL of which I could use.
You don't have to spend a ton of money to look great.
PPS: suggest you divide money into spending areas - clothes, makeup/toiletries, music, savings? church/charity? and save some for another day [ when you just HAVE to buy something for a dance, party, etc. ]

If you take into consideration how much it would cost you to buy each of those items individually then it seems like it would be worth it. I'm not familiar with that brand but if you bought a really nice eyelash curler and a drugstore brand mascara it would probably cost more than $13.25 so I say get it. Why don't you try looking around in the sale section of sephora.com first though. They have some good stuff too.

ELF makes good cosmetics for cheap. But I hate shopping online with a credit card, so I know the feeling.
Try Target. They had some ELF stuff. I heard their eyelash curler is better than the pricey (and in my opinion, overhyped) Shu Uemra.
Don't get falsies. They're a nightlife look that isn't appropriate for younger girls or older ones that want to be taken seriously during the daytime.

Well its all things you can find at stores. Eyelash curlers eye pencils etc. Try to go to nice makeup stores and then no shipping and handling fee! Still tax but what can you do!

It actually looks like a lot of makeup for 13.25, so if you want it I would suggest getting it.
P.S. when you get into high end make-up (which every girl should) you'll be debating $50 eyeshadows.

Do you have a lot of money? If you do, sure why not spend that on it. But if you don't, see if you could find something similar in the store that you could buy because then you don't have to pay shiping and handleing.

No, one of my eyeshadow cost more than $13. Why don't you check the retail store first if you are not sure.
