I think the terrorists are in Iraq because we are. They kill a few Iraqi's to keep things stirred up so we will be bogged down there so they will be unencumbered in their efforts to regroup in Pakistan and send their cells all over the globe.
This administration clearly had no idea what they were getting us into. We are now having to send more troops back to Afghanistan because of the misconception that we no longer needed a strong presence there. This article pretty well sums up what is in store in the future there.

Not that simple - it can be legitimately argued that communism was slowed considerably by our commitment to fight its spread in Viet Nam. This was a strong message to any communist country with intentions of perhaps occupying a bordering country or seeking to spread its ideology.
Iraq, on the other hand, will surely fall into the hands of the group with the most intense blood lust and willingness to terrorize and murder the people into submission.

The only reason that we were in Iraq or Viet Nam is that we have allowed our country to be lead by globalist idiots who want to surrender our country to the UN.
