All any all vegetable products, egg shells, grass clippings and leaf debris is good to. Nothing greasy and I Leave out meat and bones but do add left over fish and shrimp shells. The main trick to composting is to always mix your product up and I chop mine up with a shovel as I stir things up. The smaller the pieces the faster it will compost.

If you own any critters such as rabbits or chickens you can also mix in their waste. Just do not add any meat eating critter poop such as dog and cats.
