NOTHING is 100%... when will we all understand that?!
I have a friend who had her only child while on birth control pills and using a condom.
I've been pregnant from the withdrawl method.

The on;y 100% safe sex is no sex. I was taking Depo provera shots when I got pregnant wth my first and birth control pills when I got pregnant with my second. Condoms are safer than not using anything, but remember there is a chance of pregnancy with any form of birthcontrol. If you are not ready to be a parent, you should wait to have sex.

SAFE???? Is sex ever safe?? There is always a risk. Even people who have their tubes tied have a chance of getting pregnant. The only safe sex is no sex. If you want to have the fun you need to accept there may be consequences to live with for the rest of your life.

The safest way to protect yourself is to not have sex. Condoms can break and withdrawal isn't 100% percent
quarenteed that you won't get STD's. Talk with your parents
and or your doctor. Just be careful.

Let's get clear - if you are trying to avoid pregnancy, then no intimate sexual contact is ever "safe" no matter what contraception you use. There is always a risk.
Of course the risks are lowered the more forms you use, but unless one of you is completely infertile the chances are never zero.

whithdrawl is not safe. Number one, unless your in a serious, committed relationship, you have the risk of HIV, and std's. Secondly, men have whats called "pre-***" which does contain semen, all be it a minut amount. (It only takes one sperm to get pregnant!) Condoms or no sex!!

What is the withdrawal method and what is intercourse? Answering your question, it's never safe unless your married and prepared to get pregnant.

Condom is 'safer', withdrawl is COMPLETELY unsafe to protect against STDs and likely to get you pregnant. there is sperm in the fluid that comes out BEFORE he ejaculates.

Nothing but abstinence is actually safe. Still, why are you posting in parenting?
