ok this guy came up to me after one of my high school baseball games and asked me to pitch for his legion baseball team. what is legion baseball?

Legion baseball is a separate entity from High School Baseball but uses 99% of HS Baseball Rules. 16-18 year old Players Mainly sponsored by your Local Chapters of The American Legion. You Play against other Legion Teams so travel is Involved Here In Kentucky It the American Legion Edwards O Bannion Post 82 team in my local city. You have play offs and season ending tournaments. You normally start the season 2-3 weeks after HS Season is over. Also known As Pony League or Summer League Baseball. I was a 30 year baseball coach and am now A KSHAA Baseball Umpire.
