any Marriott...they seem to have the best service, cleanest rooms and great restaurants...and i'm allergic to EVERYTHING! so to come out unbitten, and not scratching is probably the best part!

Sandals at Ocho Rios in Jamaica, stayed there for a week some years ago when it was Couples. No children running round, plenty to do (or just laze around), amazing sunsets, everything included including drinks, 24 hour bars, jacuzzis in the grounds, Nude Island, walk (or climb) up Duns River Falls, amazing waiting staff who can take orders from a table of 10 people without ever writing anything down, the maitre d' introduces you to new people each evening as you arrive for dinner. We stayed in a unit detached from the hotel and everyone thought we were film stars.

A little place called the Canterbury Inn, which is in Ocean Shores in Washington. The toilet sounded like it was launching a torpedo when you flushed it, but other than that the place was great. It was more like little apartments that people used as timeshares or some such thing during the summer. It's right on the Pacific Ocean, so close you can feel the spray of the water when you stepped out onto the balcony. LOVED it...

Embassy Suites in Niagara Falls (Canadian side). Amazing views of the falls from the bedroom AND the bathroom - which had a jacuzzi where you could sit and see the view of the Falls day or night whilst having a special time in the tub. It was close to the Casino and there are lots of different things to do in the town itself. Went to a brilliant Irish pub (called the Irish Harp) in a small town called Niagara on the Lake.

The Chateau On The Lake in Branson, Mo. The room came with a balcony that had such an awesome view of Table Rock Lake. Plus, the room service was very nice.

The Best hotel I stayed in would have to be the Holiday Inn at Niagara Falls. The hospitality was great and I actually got to enjoy my vacation. The only thing that was bad was no Disney Channel!
