Certainly would, I live in the Lake District in the U.K. but the weather is cold at this time of the year when were you thinking of exchanging.
As for some of the comments from British people I cannot understand them, being from the U.K I visit the U.S. at least twice a year, yes they can be "over the top" but they are great people and very generous, food is wonderful also.

I already live here , if not i would love to trade ( i am originally from Germany ). That is a cool idea , maybe post it under the country , where you want to go.
