first ofr all respect is earned not just given like a cup of coffie a lady has to act and talk like a lady its crazy men i think want for the most part want to respect women but when the first thing that comes out of there mouth is the f word all respect goes out the window so you see respect is earned some times you have to demand respect to get it its sad but true believe me with out respect there can not be love

Dress modestly and act like a lady. Only thing is, now days the way TV and movies are, it is impossible for a girl to get any respect because these boys are being raised up to disrespect women.

First of all.....stop calling yourself a girl and call yourself a WOMAN!!
Second, respect yourself and others will respect you!!
Third, be a strong, intelligent woman because men like that. Oh yeah, they spout off about "I want some hot babe", but believe me....that kind of girl is NOT the type they end up spending time with or marrying.
Fourth, don't let yourself be put down....stand up for yourself and be yourself, be true to yourself. Don't try to follow some crowd; be who you are no matter what! Stand up for your own views and beliefs, don't let someone else tell you what to believe in!! Always be true to who and what you are!

I am respected by many, because I show respect and I am not a pushover. I an able to show discipline and to speak wise words. Respect is something that I had to earn. You should show respect to receive it.
